Team Fishel - Critical & Essential

Team Fishel's Core Values haven't changed, our #1 priority is the safety of the general public, our Customers and Teammates.

Team Fishel is a critical and essential infrastructure service provider supporting the electric distribution, natural gas distribution and telecommunications industries. The services we provide are essential to the continued functionality, maintenance and upkeep of our nation’s infrastructure supporting our first responders, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, public messaging and 911 services. In addition, we will continue to maintain utility services around the country as requested by our customers.

As a result, you will continue to see our trucks out on the road and our crews working in the field. Our field service, construction and engineering resources are geographically diverse and operate with small independent crews. By leveraging our operating model, enhanced social distancing measures and existing technology, vehicle and equipment investments, we are supporting our Customers with the same safety-focused, quality services we have provided throughout our 85-year history.

Based upon current conditions, as well as the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization, we have suspended air travel and adopted the effective social distancing and personal hygiene recommendations issued by the CDC. We have also provided education and specific direction for any Teammate who is sick, shows symptoms of a respiratory illness, or has received a positive diagnosis of COVID-19. While some of these precautionary measures may seem inconvenient, they are being taken out of an abundance of caution to keep us all safe.

Additionally, we will fully comply with the various state-issued orders (i.e. Stay at Home, Shelter in Place) related to COVID-19.

Team Fishel is following our business continuity protocols to prepare ourselves for a variety of scenarios that could occur. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 developments and will communicate regularly as the situation evolves.
