Teammate Assistance Program

Team Fishel has in place a Teammate Assistance Program (TAP) to help Teammates deal with emotional or psychological problems, marriage and family problems, alcohol or drug abuse, financial issues, and other personal problems. Team Fishel will pay for the first three consultations. The program is completely anonymous and the decision to seek help is solely made by the Teammate. The TAP program is available to all Teammates on their first day of employment.
