The Jeff Keeler Leadership Academy (“JKLA”) is an intense 12-month program designed to accelerate the technical, managerial and leadership development of Team Fishel’s future leaders. The JKLA’s unique integrated design includes classroom training, collaborative coaching, and experiential learning assignments.
Upon completion of the initial 12-month JKLA program, Team Fishel’s leaders continue their development through participation in the ongoing JKLA alumni program. The program was named after the late Jeff Keeler, former Chairman of Team Fishel, who embodied the leadership ideals reflected in the Jeff Keeler Leadership Academy.
