Benefits Summary

Health Insurance

Team Fishel offers all full-time Teammates and their dependents health insurance on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.

The preferred provider based plan is administered by CIGNA Healthcare and includes prescription drug benefits.

Basic dental benefits and discounts on vision services are also available to all Teammates who enroll.


401K

Team Fishel's 401k Retirement Savings Plan is the best in the business and allows for our Teammates future financial planning.  Team Fishel matches contributions at the rate of $1 for every $2 contributed, or 50 per cent and applies to the first 7 per cent of income contributed.


Profit Sharing

Team Fishel's Cash Profit Sharing Plan is simply the best in the business. We share one third of our net profit before taxes with all teammates who have completed 1 or more years of service. This is not a deferred income plan (though we have one of those, too).

This is cash profit sharing to spend or save as you alone see fit. Our average profit sharing distribution over the past 22 years has been approximately 6 weeks' of additional pay each year.

  

Short Term Disability

This plan provides salary continuation for up to 13 weeks in the event a Teammate is disabled.

This benefit is available at no cost to Teammates who enroll for health insurance coverage.


Life Insurance

Team Fishel provides all full-time Teammates with life insurance coverage at no cost.

Teammates can also purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves as well as their eligible dependents through weekly payroll deductions.
