Teammate Assistance

The Fishel Company has in place a Teammate Assistance Program (TAP) to help Teammates and their immediate family members deal with problems that affect their happiness and well-being. Team Fishel will pay for the first three consultations.

If further treatment is recommended it can be coordinated with the health insurance program. The TAP is voluntary, completely confidential, and available to Teammates on the first day of employment.
