13 Teammates from Columbus were presented with
an ODY (Out-Did Yourself) Award at the March Profit
Sharing meeting.
On January 28, the City of Columbus experienced
blizzard-like conditions with 4-6 inches of snow on the
ground. Conditions were so harsh that the City
declared a Level 2 Snow Emergency. These
Teammates worked through the day and into the
night to complete a project for our Customer,
Fibertech Networks.
"More than anyone else, you and your guys
deserve serious kudos for attacking this job like you
did for us. It was recognized not only by Fibertech,
but also by our Customer. We are aware of the
challenges you had to overcome to pull off
completing this job on time; the delay in getting the
City of Columbus permit, unexpected obstacles
underground, a blizzard. Please pass along our
appreciation to your crews for their dedication and
a job well done."
