What is Service Excellence?

In October, we had our Officers and Area Managers’ meeting and talked about SERVICE EXCELLENCE and what it means to Team Fishel. While there are many different definitions and meanings to Service Excellence, it is pretty clear what it means to our Customers. On a scale of 1 to 4, with 1 being the lowest and 4 being the highest, SERVICE EXCELLENCE is nothing less than a 4. It is outstanding Customer Service and a quality job done right the first time.

At the completion of each project, we want to know how we did and get our Customers’ honest feedback. If we did a GREAT job, then we want to know about it. If we have areas or opportunities for improvement, then we want to know about it. That’s the only way we can get better as a Team.

Starting in 2007, we will be asking our Customers to fill out an online survey at the completion of each job so that we can measure our quality of service. It is important that we all understand the criteria on which we will be measured so that we can meet their expectations in the field.

In exchange for this valuable feedback, we will be offering a $50 coupon redeemable on the online store. We think this will be a great mechanism to find out ways we can make Team Fishel the BEST CHOICE FOR UTILITY CONSTRUCTION AND NETWORK INSTALLATION.
